About
Our founder Ralf Nicolaisen has extensive experience in the maritime industry. After having graduated in Engineering from the University of Applied Science “Nordakademie” he has worked with different German ship equipment manufacturers as Sales Director. Major sales markets have been Asian countries especially Korea, China and Japan. In Korea, he also founded a production subsidiary and developed it as Managing Director.
These long-lasting contacts to European owners as well as Asian shipyards and manufacturers are one major reason for the success of NICOMAR. He also holds an MBA degree from Kellogg Business School, Chicago and Otto Beisheim Business School WHU, Koblenz. For more details please refer to the web profile at LinkedIn.
